SWANA announces 2003 excellence awards
On September 10, 2003, the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) announced its 2003 Excellence Award Winners. SWANA’s Excellence in Solid Waste Management Program was created to acknowledge outstanding programs that are committed to the “environmentally and economically sound management of solid waste.” This year’s winners will be recognized at a luncheon at WASTECON 2003, October 16, 2003, in St. Louis, Missouri.
