Quebec plastics study

RECYC-QUEBEC recently released a study that recommends Quebec municipalities promote an "all-bottle" collection program. RECYC-QUEBEC and the Environmental Plastics Industry Council (EPIC), a council of the Canadian Plastics Industry Association commissioned the study, "Key Factors for a Sustainable Approach to Plastics Recovery." The study assessed the market potential for plastic products and describes a system to increase the recovery rate of plastic bottles.
