The RCO is a multi-stakeholder not-for-profit organization, which believes that society must minimize its impact on the environment by eliminating waste and making efficient use of all our resources.
Mission — To educate and inform all members of society about the generation of waste, the avoidance of waste, the more efficient use of resources, and the benefits and consequences of these activities.
As Executive Director you will articulate this mission and our goals to all sectors of society, including the most senior levels of government and industry, to facilitate options and solutions.
The Executive Director will possess the following skills that will grow RCO’s activities, resources and influence to effect change in our society:
Experience in strategic planning
Excellent management and business development skills
Ability to build stakeholder and media relations
Leadership above and beyond our organization
Based in the GTA, this position is full-time with the flexibility to negotiate innovative part time options.
