Energy Conservation, Climate Change and the 3Rs (6Rs?)
One point that is lost or downplayed in most discussions about some of the themes in my recent book is that the 3Rs hierarchy and 6Rs principles (http://practicalaction.org/6rs) have vital implications in terms of climate change, pollution prevention and energy conservation.
