Sourcewell adds Toter
The Minnesota government agency and service cooperative Sourcewell has awarded Toter a five-year contract for Waste and Recycling Collection Solutions.
Sourcewell offers a cooperative purchasing program with more than 400 competitively solicited contracts to government, education, and nonprofit entities throughout North America. By utilizing Sourcewell contracts, participating agencies save time and money by capturing the buying power of more than 50,000 organizations.
“Solidifying this contract provides a strong partnership to supply Toter products to Sourcewell agencies quickly and efficiently,” said Laura Hubbard, director of municipal sales of Toter.
“Working with Sourcewell’s vast network of agencies it provides the company with the ability to supply products to both residential and professional customers through one vendor.”
Under the contract, Sourcewell customers can obtain the following Toter products:

- Bear carts (32-96 gal)
- Specialty recycling bins
- Assembly & delivery services
- Container management programs
- Wasteware asset management
- Secure & medical waste carts
- Tilt, cube, mobile trucks
- Public space litter containers
- Round cans & Slimlines
- Container lift & dump units
Toter provides of waste and recycling carts to waste haulers and municipalities in North America. Additional products include specialty carts for document management, electronic waste, organics, medical waste, and more.
