CALGARY, Alberta – Tervita Corporation, the Canadian waste management and environmental services provider, has acquired the operating assets of Main Line Industries Ltd., a specialty contractor which primarily serves the rail services, excavation and pipe jacking industries located near Winnipeg, Manitoba.
